Access to local server On Mac From Virtual Machine(Parallels)

I use Macintosh,and use Windows On Parallels.
One day, I wanted to access to local server on Mac from Windows XP on the same Mac.
What's IP Address of Mac?

If we need to get it , we type the command "ifconfig" on "Terminal".
So we get IP Address Of Mac On local net work.
